What was God’s impeding judgment? It was about two cities in which sin dominated is revealed to Abraham. Abraham intercedes on behalf of the righteous in Sodom and Gomorrah who would be destroyed along with the wicked. Only one who might be considered even slightly righteous is found, so God spares Lot and his family. The descendants born to lot by his daughters, known as the Moabites and the Ammonites, will be a ban to Abraham’s descendants.
